   Text messages you send to the bot for AI chat, command execution, or feature use (e.g. /chat, /info, etc.).

2. Image Data

   Uploaded images for features like background removal (/removebg) or ID card creation (/card). These are processed temporarily and deleted afterward.

3. URL Data

   URLs submitted for shortening via /shortlink. We do not store or log these URLs after processing.

4. Technical Information

   Metadata such as your Discord User ID, Server ID, command usage time, and interaction logs may be collected for security and debugging purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. passwords, real names, contact info) unless explicitly provided by the user in commands (e.g. for ID card generation).

The data collected is used solely for the intended functionality of Cherry AI Bot:

1. To respond to your messages and process commands.
2. To create and deliver features like digital ID cards, AI responses, background removal, and shortened links.
3. To improve bot performance and fix bugs or abuse issues.
4. To monitor bot usage patterns for analytics (non-personal and anonymous).
5. To maintain service security, including detection of spam, misuse, or terms violation.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or unauthorized data mining.

1. All uploaded images are temporarily stored only during processing and then permanently deleted.
2. Shortened URLs are processed in real-time and are not stored.
3. Chat logs and metadata may be kept briefly for debugging or support purposes, but are not shared or published.

We implement technical safeguards to protect your data (such as command filtering, rate limits, and access control). However, no system is 100% secure use at your own discretion.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

However, we may share certain types of data with trusted third parties only when necessary for service operation:

1. AI Services: Some commands rely on external AI APIs (e.g. for image processing or natural language replies).
2. Legal Compliance: If required by law, or to respond to valid legal processes.

As a user of Cherry AI Bot, you have the right to:

To request any of these, contact the bot developer via Discord DM or the official server.

1. A notice will be posted in the official Cherry AI server.
2. Major changes may be highlighted for user awareness.
3. Continued use of the bot after updates implies acceptance of the new policy.
